Estidamah Capital Co., acting as financial advisor to Kesay Clinics Co., announced that—following consultations—the company decided not to proceed at this time with its initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the parallel market (Nomu), in the interest of shareholders and investors.

In a statement on Tadawul, the company affirmed its confidence in its strategy and future prospects, noting that it would be in the best interest of shareholders and investors to consider resuming the offering and listing process at a later stage.

Subscription amounts will be refunded to subscribers in accordance with the procedures followed by the receiving entities and within the customary regulatory timeframes. Any related updates will be announced in due course.

According to data available on Argaam, the offering of two million shares to qualified investors on Nomu began on Feb. 11. The offer price was set at SAR 15 per share, with the subscription period scheduled to close on Feb. 22.
