Kerten Hospitality Co. is working on an initiative in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism that includes more than 23 projects under implementation in the Kingdom, which is in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, CEO Marloes Knippenberg told Argaam in an interview on the sidelines of the Future of Hospitality Summit.

The upcoming projects include The House Residence and The Wellness Hotel in Abha and The Urban Eco Resort in Riyadh, the CEO stated.

She also indicated that the company’s operational projects include Cloud 7 Residence AlUla, Dar Tantora The House Hotel and a co-working space project in Jeddah.

All properties are seeing positive demand, Knippenberg said, adding that as the tourism and business sectors in Saudi Arabia continue to grow, further opportunities for growth and expansion are anticipated in the coming years.

She further indicated that Saudi Arabia is rapidly gaining a strong foothold as a global tourism destination, driven by several compelling factors. The ambitious Vision 2030 initiative has laid out a comprehensive roadmap for diversifying the economy and unlocking the country’s tourism potential, making Saudi Arabia an attractive destination for investment.
