EFG-Hermes KSA, the financial advisor and lead manager for Jamjoom Fashion Trading Co.’s potential offering on the Nomu-Parallel Market, announced setting the price range between SAR 140 and SAR 145 per share.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company noted that the book-building process to qualified investors will run from Sept. 1-4.
According to data available on Argaam, Jamjoom Fashion plans to float 2.38 million shares. The offered shares represent 30% of the company’s pre-IPO capital of SAR 79.48 million, divided into 7.94 million shares at a par value of SAR 10 each.
