JahezInternational Company for Information System Technology obtained SAR 150 million worth of Shariah-compliant facilities from National Bank of Bahrain (NBB).

The facilities were secured onAug.18, 2025, with a tenor of eight years, and will be used to fund capital expenditures for the company’s headquarters, Jahez said in a statement to Tadawul.
The facilities were fully guaranteed by a promissory note and a headquarters mortgage.
There are no related parties to the agreement.
