Fahad Al Badah, CEO of Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center (RIPC), said that the scope of infrastructure projects tripled in the past few years, with Riyadh witnessing significant developmental and urban growth. 
In an interview with CNBC Arabia, Al Badah pointed out that the number of permits issued in 2024 surpassed 151,000, compared to around 51,000 permits issued in 2017.
He also predicted that more than 66,000 planned permits will be issued this year.
