The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) published the executive regulations of the Labor Law and its annexes, effective as of March 1, 2025. 
The publication coincides with the enforcement of amendments to the Labor Law under Royal Decree No. 44, issued on Aug. 14, 2024. This aligns with Clause 3 of Cabinet Decision No. 117, dated Aug. 8, 2024.
According to data compiled by Argaam, the amendments took effect on Feb. 19. They aim to enhance job stability and improve labor market efficiency to meet private sector needs.
