Hawyia Auctions Co.completed, on Dec. 3, the execution of an auction for a land plot in Al-Arid District in Riyadh, under the name “Kham Al-Olaya Auction”. The property sold to Al-Mahmal Real Estate Co. for SAR 455.92 million (excluding tax and commission). 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said this transaction is expected to have a positive impact on its financial results for the period ending Dec. 31, 2025.
This success aligns with the company’s ongoing efforts to market and sell real estate assets for various clients, the statement added.
