Halwani Bros. Co.‘s board of directors on Oct. 23 approved the request of Sakhr Jamjoom to step down from his executive position as the Managing Director on personal circumstances, the company said in a Tadawul statement.

Meanwhile, Jamjoom will continue as a non-executive board member. This shall be effective from Nov. 16, until the end of the current board term on Nov. 6, 2027.

In a separate Tadawul announcement, Halwani’s board approved on Oct. 23, the appointment of Mohamed Samir Abdel Fattah as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the group, effective Nov. 10, 2025.

Abdel Fattah holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University in Cairo (AUC). He has more than 35 years of professional experience, including nearly three decades with Procter Gamble (PG), where he held a range of senior roles in marketing, sales, and management across diverse local and regional markets. He eventually served as President for India, the Middle East, and Africa.

He also serves as a board member in several regional organizations.
