AL-JOUF — Hail showers and heavy rainfall across the northern parts of the Kingdom have blanketed Al-Jouf region in white early morning Tuesday. Heavy rainfall, accompanied by substantial hail, has persisted across parts of Al-Jouf since Monday night, saturating the ground and triggering the flow of valleys and streams. Suwayr Governorate saw many visitors enjoy the rainy conditions, which were accompanied by hail showers. According to the National Center for Meteorology’s automated early warning system, weather conditions remain the same: thunderstorm clouds bringing rain to most governorates in Al-Jouf, along with strong winds, reduced visibility, hail, and potential flash flooding in the coming days.
