Saudi Arabia’s Royal Court announced today, Sept. 23, the death of Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Sheikh, who also served as the Head of the Council of Senior Scholars. 
Funeral prayers will be held today at Imam Turki bin Abdullah Mosque in Riyadh after Asr, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
King Salman ordered absentee prayers after Asr at the Grand Mosque in Makkah, the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, and all mosques nationwide.
