The General Authority for Civil Aviation (GACA) issued its monthly report on the commitment of airports and national carriers to flight times for January 2025, according to the status of departure or arrival of flights within a period less than 15 minutes after the scheduled time. This report complements the monthly performance reports that evaluate airports and airlines based on the quality of service.
The report, in its first edition for January 2025, showed that King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh topped international airports with more than 15 million passengers annually, with a 81% commitment rate. Meanwhile, King Fahd International Airport in Dammam ranked first with 81%, and in the second category for international airports with passenger numbers ranging from 5 to 15 million passengers annually.
