Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Competition (GAC) issued 23 decisions on economic concentration applications in March, according to its official X account today, April 8. 
The March decisions included 22 unconditional clearances and one conditional approval. Acquisition deals made up around 82% of the total, while joint ventures (JVs) accounted for the remaining 18%.
