Foods Gate Trading Co. received on Jan. 19 a letter from Abdulilah Saad Aldrees, one of the major shareholders, who owns 240,000 shares representing 11.42% of the company’s issued shares.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that this will result in a change in the list of direct major shareholders of Foods Gate on Tadawul website.
According to the changes in ownership of major shareholders on Jan. 19, Aldrees exited as the owner of 11.4% of Foods Gate and the stake under the name of his wife and children increased, Argaam data showed.
