Flynas Co. received a notice, on Dec. 21, 2025, from one of its major shareholders, Nasser AlRashid, informing the company of the completion of the transfer of part of his shareholding.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said AlRashid previously owned 11.1 million shares, representing 6.52% of the company’s capital.

He transferred 3.7 million shares—approximately 2.17% of the company’s capital—on Dec. 21, 2025, to family members as a gift, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa).

Following this transaction, AlRashid’s ownership stake decreased to approximately 4.35% of the company’s capital.

Flynas added that the change updates the ownership percentage of one of its major shareholders and the list of major shareholders published on the Tadawul website.

According to data available with Argaam, the daily Tadawul bulletin for Dec. 17, 2025, showed AlRashid’s ownership falling from 6.53% to 5.08%, while the Dec. 18 bulletin showed it dropping further to below 5%.
