Richard Attias, CEO of the Future Investment Initiative Institute (FII Institute), revealed that the eighth edition of FII Conference will witness the announcement of international deals worth $28 billion in various sectors, not only in Saudi Arabia but in various countries around the world.
Speaking in a press conference to introduce the eighth edition of FII Conference, Attias said that the sectors will include food, cybersecurity, renewable energy, entertainment, sports, tourism.
Several global entrepreneurs will be hosted, especially in the fields of technology, to bring them together with investors and startup companies, as the conference will be a driver and a link between small entrepreneurs and major investors, he added.
FII Institute is working on expanding to add new countries from Europe and some other countries in Asia and Africa. It is also working on adding new members to reach 200 members, creating new funding, and launching more initiatives, according to the top executive.
According to data available to Argaam, FII Institute is scheduled to hold the conference during the period from October 29-31, at King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh.
The eighth edition is expected to attract more than 5,000 guests and 500 speakers on a variety of topics related to the current era. It will feature more than 200 sessions, covering topics such as economic stability, equitable development, and climate change, in addition to artificial intelligence, innovation, health, and geopolitical issues.
