Scientific Medical Equipment House Co. renewed a Shariah-compliant credit facilities agreement worth SAR 265 million with Alinma Bank, according to a Tadawul statement.

The financing, effective until Nov. 30, 2027, aims to finance current and future projects, bank guarantees, and letters of credit.
The guarantees offered for the financing are assignment of contract proceeds, in addition to promissory notes valued at SAR 291.5 million.
The deal does not involve related parties, according to the statement.
