Majid Al-Qasabi, Minister of Commerce and Chairman of General Authority of Foreign Trade (GAFT), highlighted the importance of enhancing trade between Saudi Arabia and Thailand, indicating that the Kingdom believes in the significance of boosting trade exchange between the two countries.

It also seeks to enhance exports and imports between companies, overcome obstacles, and facilitate all procedures.

During his visit to Thailand, Al-Qasabi added that this comes in light of the significant development witnessed in relations in all fields, and the efforts of both countries to enhance them through visits, forums, exhibitions, and conferences in the past period, the state-run SPA reported.

Thailand has potentials in various fields such as energy, manufacturing industries, technology, agriculture, tourism, financial services, and healthcare, emphasizing the importance of joint efforts to benefit from all potentials and promising opportunities in both countries, the minister concluded.
