EFSIM set the price range for its IPO on TASI at SAR 19-20 per share

EFSIM Facilities Management Co. set the price range for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Main Market (TASI) at SAR 19-20 per share, the financial advisor and bookrunner EFG Hermes announced.

The book-building period for participating institutional investors will run from Dec. 1 to Dec. 7. Participation is restricted to eligible institutions in line with Capital Market Authority (CMA) rules on book-building and allocation.

The final offer price will be set after the book-building process is completed, the company said.

EFSIM plans to offer 16.8 million shares, representing 30% of its post-IPO share capital. The offering consists of 5.8 million existing shares to be sold by current shareholders and 11 million new shares to be issued as part of a capital increase.

EFSIM was established in 2008 as Amcor Saudi Arabia Limited before being converted into a closed joint-stock company and rebranded as EFSIM Facilities Management Co. in 2024. The company provides integrated facilities management services across the Kingdom, covering cleaning, operations and maintenance, and serving sectors including aviation, education, as well as oil and gas.

The retail subscription period will run from Dec. 18 to Dec. 22, with 5.04 million shares, 30% of the offer, allocated to individual investors.
