Digital Research Co.’s (DRC)said shareholders approved amending Article 14 of the company’s bylaws to reduce the board size from nine to five members at an extraordinary general meeting held on Dec. 18. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company added that shareholders also approved amending Article 4, which relates to the company’s objectives.
Separately, DRC said Chairman Ahmed Alquraishy, Vice Chairman Mohammed Alquraishy, and board members Mansour Alkahtani and Abdulaziz Al-Subhan submitted voluntary resignations, effective Dec. 18, 2025.
