Diriyah Company signed three development contracts valued at SAR 5.73 billion with Mabani Co. and BEC Arabia to develop infrastructure projects, commercial areas, and residential communities within the main Diriyah master plan. 
The contracts were signed during the company’s participation in Cityscape Global 2025. They include a contract with Mabani Co. to execute King Khalid Road, according to a statement.
Diriyah also signed two contracts with the BEC Arabia covering the construction of several office buildings and the development of Al-Hadawi homes within the Media and Innovation District.
