Molan says it plans to appeal the ruling within stipulated 30 days
Molan Steel Co.received on Sept. 15 a preliminary ruling issued by the Commercial Court in Riyadh in the case filed by Yara International Ltd., ordering Molan to pay SAR 17.88 million to the plaintiff. Other claims were dismissed.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company noted that the ruling is preliminary and subject to appeal within 30 days from the day following the judgment date, adding that it will file an appeal within the statutory period.
