RIYADH — The General Secretariat of the Saudi Council of Senior Scholars praised the brave acts of the military and security forces in safeguarding the security of the country and its people, as well as in repelling aggression. “This is among the best of good deeds and the noblest acts of dedication,” the secretariat said in a statement issued on Monday. These blessed efforts would not have been possible without God’s grace, support, and guidance, and the diligence and follow-up of our leaders and the sincere efforts exerted by all members of the military and security sectors, the council said. “What our military personnel are doing to maintain the security of the country and its people is among the best of good deeds and the noblest acts of devotion. Its blessed impact and general benefit are evident in this world, and its rewards are stored up for the Hereafter. How great is the reward of those who contribute to the security of the country and its people,” the statement said. The secretariat supplicated God Almighty to protect the land of the Two Holy Mosques, the Arab Gulf states, and all Muslim countries, and to reward Saudi leaders and their loyal men in all security and military sectors, and to take care of everyone under His protection.
