The Council of Ministers convenes under the chairmanship of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman
The Council of Ministers approved the merger of the National Competitiveness Center (NCC) and the Saudi Business Center (SBC) under a unified name, Saudi Competitiveness Business Centre, and approved its organizational regulations. 
The council, which convened today, Feb. 25, in Jeddah under the chairmanship of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, also approved an extension of the guidance period for implementing the official communications and records retention regulations for one year.
