The Capital Market Authority (CMA) fined Anaam International Holding Group SAR 40,000 for violating Paragraph (A) of Article 78 of the amended Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations.

The CMA said Anaam disclosed inaccurate information in two announcements on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website.

The second, dated May 19, 2024, included misleading information in its Q1 2024 preliminary financials.
