The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved an application by Arbah Capital to offer units of the Arbah Saudi Equity Fund to the public.
The regulator cautioned that making an investment decision without carefully reading the fund’s terms and conditions (TCs) or fully reviewing its contents may involve high risks.
It urged investors to read the TCs thoroughly, as they contain detailed information about the fund, its investment strategy, and associated risk factors, to help assess the feasibility of investing.
Investors who find the TCs difficult to understand should contact the fund manager for clarification, the CMA added.
The authority stressed that its approval does not constitute a recommendation to subscribe, but confirms that the fund meets legal requirements under the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.
