Methanol Chemicals Co.’s (Chemanol) shareholders, owning more than 10% of capital, requested a general meeting to vote on dismissing two board members, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
These board members are Hani Sulaiman Al-Saleh and Sabri Abdullah Al-Ghamdi.
The necessary procedures in line with the relevant rules and regulations will be taken and announced later, the statement added.
