CGS appoints Ruban Bilen as CEO effective from May 1, 2026

Consolidated Grunenfelder Saady Holding Co.’s (CGS) board of directors appointed, on Feb. 8, Ruban Bilen as CEO effective from May 1, 2026.

Bilen holds with over 25 years of diverse, global experience working for large publicly traded MNCs across capital financing, water treatment, consulting engineering, EPC, and vertical transportation industries, CGS said in a statement to Tadawul.

Prior to taking up the role of group CFO at CGS, he was Regional CFO for Middle East Africa at KONE Corporation for six years, where he also served as acting Regional CEO for nine months. Bilen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University in Canada and holds the professional designation of CPA.

According to data available on Argaam, the company’s board recently approved the resignation of CEO Peter Faerber, effective April 30, due to personal reasons related to his desire to retire from full-time employment contracts.
