The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that Arabian Centres Co.’s (Cenomi Centers)Sukuk 1 will be listed and commence trading on Nov. 30, under the symbol 5023 and ISIN code SA16DG0IEFJ6. 
Additionally, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) confirmed the allocation of Sukuk Cenomi Centers 1 into eligible investors’ accounts as of today, Nov 27.
The shopping mall operator recently completed the offering and subscription process for its SAR-denominated sukuk, worth SAR 2.05 billion, with an annual fixed return of 8.5% paid quarterly, Argaam data showed.
