CATRION Catering Holding Co.’s shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to transfer the company’s statutory reserve balance to a reserve account that will be established for this specific purpose. 
The decision was taken during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on Jan.18.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the statutory reserve balance amounted to SAR 246 million, as reflected in the financial statements for the period ended Sept. 30, 2025.
