CATRION Catering Holding Co. signed on Feb 11 an agreement with Jeddah Airports Co., under which the company will lease a location to provide its services and operations at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.

According to a statement to Tadawul, the rental fee of the 15-year contract will be based on a guaranteed minimum or a variable fee of 3.5% of the total revenues from aircraft catering services provided at the leased location, with the rate increasing annually until it reaches 5.5%, whichever is higher.

The company indicated that this agreement is part of CATRION’s efforts to support sustainability plans and principles, aligning with the continued growth in passenger traffic and air travel.

The agreement is also in line with the company’s role in the aviation services industry, contributing to the objectives of Vision 2030.
