The Saudi Council of Ministers approved an amendment to the white land fees regulation, during its session held today, April 29, in Jeddah, chaired by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.

The Council also approved several other significant decisions.

Among them was the approval of the updated organizational structure and guide for the Ministry of Investment.

Another decision involved changing the name of the “Saudi Association of Internal Auditors” to the “Saudi Authority of Internal Auditors”.

Additionally, the authority to issue licenses for the internal auditing profession was transferred from the Ministry of Commerce to the newly named authority.

The Council also approved a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Riyadh Municipality and the Government of Seoul City in Korea.

This agreement aims to foster cooperation in various areas related to city management and operations.

Lastly, the Council approved a host country agreement between the Saudi government and the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL).

The agreement pertains to the establishment of a regional INTERPOL office for the Middle East and North Africa on Saudi territory.
