Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. was commissioned by Saudi National Bank (SNB) to provide cooperative health insurance services for the bank’s employees and their family members for one year, beginning on Jan. 1, 2025. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract value is approximately SAR 302 million, expecting the contract to have a positive impact on its 2025 financial results.
The company also noted the presence of related parties, as Huda bin Ghoson holds an independent board membership at Bupa Arabia and serves as an independent board member at SNB.
