Batic Investment and Logistics Co.’s subsidiary, Arabian Security and Safety Services Co. (AMNCO), signed, on Jan. 15, a three-year framework purchase orders agreement with Rua Al Haram Al Makki Co. following an agreement between the parties.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the agreement covers the provision of private civil security services, adding that the contract value will be based on the price list included in the framework agreement.
The agreement will have a positive financial impact on the company, which will be reflected starting from the date of receipt of the first purchase orders, the statement said.
