Balady Poultry Trading Co. signed a contract for the supply and supervision of installation and operation with Danish-Harslev Co. to supply solid waste treatment lines resulting from the poultry slaughterhouse for a total value of EUR 6.99 million (SAR 27.4 million). 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract is valid for 60weeks, noting that it will be supplying waste treatment lines for 500,000 birds per day.
The financial impact cannot be determined at this stage, and any material developments will be announced in due course, the statement added.
Balady further indicated that Harslev is one of the world’s leading companies in the treatment of solid poultry waste.
