Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed, on Feb. 16, a SAR 155.1 million contract (excluding VAT) with Jeddah Municipality to operate rainwater networks in sub-municipalities in Jeddah.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract subject matter includes operation (cleaning) of rainwater networks in sub-municipalities of Al-Balad (BA), Al Jami’ah (JA) and Umm Al-Salam (US) in Jeddah City.
The financial impact of the project is expected to be realized starting from Q2 2026, the statement added.
According to data available on Argaam, the company said, in December 2025, it won a project with the Jeddah Municipality valued at SAR 155.09 million, excluding value-added tax (VAT).
