Anmat Technology for Trading Co. signed, on Feb. 15, a contract with Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily), valued at SAR 40.1 million for the supply and installation of equipment at Mobily’s GSM sites across multiple regions of the Kingdom. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract covers the supply of devices and equipment.
It also includes installation and electrical and mechanical connections, as well as technical testing and trial operations.
The project will be delivered in line with the approved project plan, while adhering to the client’s technical standards and safety requirements.The company noted that the contract term is three months.
There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
Revenue from the contract will be recognized based on the percentage of project completion, with the financial impact expected to gradually appear in the company’s financial statements during Q1 and Q2 2026.
