Amwaj International Co.’s board of directors approved yesterday, Nov. 9, the request of CEO Mahdi Mahmoud Khalafawi to end his contractual relationship with the company by mutual agreement, effective from the same date, due to personal reasons.
In a statement on Tadawul, the company said the board decided to appoint Kroom Bin Samber Abdulrahman as CEO, effective Nov. 10, 2025.
