The MoUs aim to develop water transmission and distribution networks in Libya
Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. (Amiantit) signed two memoranda of understanding (MoU) with the Council of Ministers of Libya’s Government of National Unity, according to a Tadawul statement. 
The MoU aims to cooperate with the National Unity government in the development of water transmission and distribution networks, sewage, rainwater and flood drainage projects.
In addition, the MoU includes the establishment of factories specializing in water and pipe technologies, the statement said.
The MoU will not lead to any financial impact at present. Any material impact will be disclosed if binding agreements or contracts are concluded in the future, the statement added.
