Americana Restaurants International PLC board of directors will approve, on Oct. 30, the company’s consolidated financial statements for the period ended Sept. 30, 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.
This decision comes based on the recommendation of the audit committee.
Americana further noted that it will disclose the board’s approval by circulation once the decision is made.
Americana Restaurants’ Q3 2025 net profit is forecast to rise 41% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 198.08 million, according to analysts’ estimates.
