Americana Restaurants International PLC appointed Rahul Mathur as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective as of April 6, 2026, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
Mathur will be responsible for the finance department operations, in addition to supporting the company’s long-term strategic objectives and growth plans, the statement added.
