Americana Restaurants International PLC announced that it is preliminary discussion with Cravia, the Middle East operator of Five Guys and Cinnabon, to acquire a stake in the company. 
In a statement to Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, Americana affirmed its commitment to disclose all material news and developments immediately and without delay.
