Alwasail Industrial will announce the transition date on the Tadawul website
Alwasail Industrial Co. published a document for the transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI). 
The company’s capital stands at SAR 250 million, divided into 250 million shares, it said in a statement to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
The preview period for the transition document published on Tadawul will run from Jan. 4 to Jan. 15, covering 10 trading days.
Trading of the company’s shares will be suspended on Jan. 18 and for a period not exceeding five days, in preparation for its transition to the Main Market.

According to data available with Argaam, Tadawul approved, on Dec. 31, 2025, a request from Alwasail Industrial to transfer from Nomu to TASI.
The company debuted on Nomu in January 2022. Its capital is SAR 250 million, divided into 250 million shares, each with a par value of SAR 1.
