Alwasail Industrial Co.applied today, Dec. 15, for a transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the application was submitted through the automated system specified by the regulatory authorities for this purpose, noting that any developments will be announced in due course.

In December 2023, Alwasail’s board of directors approved the company’s transfer from Nomu to TASI, according to data available with Argaam.

The company had previously applied for the transition in June 2024 but withdrew the application in August 2024 due to the incomplete fulfillment of certain requirements.

Alwasail listed and started trading on Nomu in January 2022, with its current capital standing at SAR 250 million, divided into 250 million shares, with a par value of SAR 1 per share.
