Wasatah Capital, the manager of the Alwaha REIT Fund, signed a maintenance contract with Abnyati Investment Co. (owned by a related party) to provide maintenance services for Shahd Commercial Center and Al-Nakheel Residential Building, with a total value of SAR 289,800 (excluding VAT), according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The contract value represents 1.45% of the fund’s total revenues based on the audited financial statements for the year ending 2023.

The contract term is one year, ending in January 2026, said the company, adding that it will improve services and increase efficiency.
According to Wasatah Capital, Abnyati Investment is 55% owned by Shumou Commercial Investment Ltd. (major shareholders and managers of some of the fund’s properties, as disclosed in the fund’s terms and conditions).
