Almuneef Co. for Trade, Industry, Agriculture and Contracting signed a temporary contract for the management of fuel transport and logistics services with Saudi Power Procurement Co. (SPPC), the principal off-taker for power projects in the kingdom.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the value of the six-month contract is subject to change based on unit prices.
The contract covers transporting fuel from Saudi Aramco’s loading centers and filling platforms at the Electricity Co. to Saudi Electricity Co. stations, facilities and independent generation plants as per the work scope.
The financial impact of the contract will materialize in Q3 and Q4 2025, the statement said, noting that there are no related parties in the deal.
