Almuneef Company for Trade, Industry, Agriculture and Contracting appointed Estidamah Capital as its financial advisor to oversee its transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI), the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 
The move follows updated listing rules under Resolution No. 2-53-2025, dated May 19, 2025, and remains subject to market approval and compliance with listing requirements, Almuneef added.
The company said any developments regarding the transition would be announced in due course.
Almuneef’s board approved the move on Sept. 28. The company began trading on Nomu in June 2023 and currently has a capital of SAR 38 million, with a nominal value of SAR 1 per share, according to Argaam data.
