The company also plans expansion over the next two years in Riyadh, Jeddah, and other regions across the Kingdom, aiming to increase storage capacity to over 200,000 pallets.

Almunajem will allocate approximately SAR 83.3 million in capital expenditure for Loadly’s expansions in 2025 and 2026.

The plan is to provide logistics solutions to serve vital sectors, such as the consumer goods sector, including food and beverages, as well as the healthcare sector, covering pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and other related products through Loadly.

This move aligns with the company’s strategic vision for growth, diversifying revenue streams, and meeting market needs. Almunajem anticipates that its subsidiary will positively impact its operations.

According to data available with Argaam, Almunajem’s board of directors approved last July the establishment of a wholly owned limited liability subsidiary in Riyadh, specializing in integrated logistics services.

The subsidiary will be 100% owned by Almunajem, with a capital of SAR 1 million.
