Almoosa gets credit facility from SAB for Almoosa Specialist Hospital in Khobar
Almoosa Health Co. signed a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement with Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB) at SAR 1.34 billion, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The funds will go towards Almoosa Specialist Hospital in Khobar, the statement noted adding that the 10-year facility is guaranteed by a promissory note.
There are no related parties involved, Almoosa said.
Almoosa Specialist Hospital spans 45,000 square meters, with a total built-up area (BUA) exceeding 300,000 square meters and a capacity of up to 400 beds.
The Shariah-compliant credit facility is consistent with all previous facilities obtained by the company.
