Almoosa Health Co. appoints Abdulatif Al-Othman as Chairman, forms committees
Almoosa Health Co.’s board of directors, in its meeting held on Oct. 9, 2025, named Abdulatif Al-Othman as Chairman of the board, Zainab Almoosa as Vice-Chairman and Malek Almoosa as Managing Director and CEO, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The board also formed the nomination and remuneration committee, with Moath Al-Naeem as Committee Chairman, along with Musaed Almoosa and Bashar Abalkhail.
Additionally, Abdullah Al-Hubail was appointed as a secretary to the board, while Malek Almoosa and Shailesh Chander (CFO) were named as the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa).
Furthermore, the audit committee was further formed comprising Patrick Charmel, Wadhaah Mubarak and Maher Alaiyadhi, the statement added.
