Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) was awarded, on May 5, a contract to supply, install, test, and commission pumps and variable frequency drives (VFDs) in Jazan Region, with National Water Co. (NWC), for SAR 85.95 million, not including VAT.

The contract is valued at SAR 85.95 million, not including VAT, AWPT said in a statement to Tadawul.
The project will be executed within a period of 24 months.
Financial impact as a result of the purchase order is expected to materialize during Q3 2025.
The company will announce any future developments in this regard in due course, especially after receiving the final version of the contract agreement signed by all parties concerned, the statement added.
